- Place the frozen blueberries, ice cubes, sweetener, and water or juice into the blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender and start blending on a low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture is smooth and icy in texture, about 30-45 seconds.
- Check the consistency — it should be thick, slushy, and slightly frosty. If too thick, add a splash more water or juice and blend briefly again.
- Turn off the blender and inspect the color—vivid purple with a slightly frosty appearance on top.
- Pour the blueberry slushie into glasses, using a spoon to help distribute any remaining icy bits evenly.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, enjoying the cool, extra-refreshing texture.
