Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cola cubes prepared by pouring cola into ice tray and freezing overnight
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup optional, for extra sweetness

Equipment

  • Freezer
  • Blender

Method

  1. Place the frozen cola cubes, regular ice cubes, and sugar syrup into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until the mixture is thick, icy, and slushy in texture.
  3. Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a splash of cola or water and pulse briefly to loosen.
  4. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, watching as it booms and shreds into snow-like flakes.
  5. Top with an extra splash of cola if desired for a fizzy finish and serve immediately for the best icy crunch.

Notes

For a less sweet version, reduce sugar syrup or omit it altogether. Using pre-frozen cola cubes speeds up preparation and enhances the flavor.
