Method
- Measure out the freeze-dried strawberries and set aside. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and let it cool completely to prevent melting the ice too quickly.
- Add the cooled coffee, freeze-dried strawberries, honey (if using), and ice cubes to the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a vibrant pink color with a thick, slushy texture.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency; add more ice if you prefer it thicker, then blend briefly again.
- Taste the slushie and add more honey or sweetener if desired, then give it one last quick blend to incorporate.
- Pour the frozen strawberry cold brew slushie into glasses, ensuring a generous amount of ice-y goodness in each.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon to enjoy the icy, flavor-packed beverage.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the ice amount for your preferred thickness. For extra flavor, add a splash of milk or a sprinkle of crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top.
