  • 1/2 cup jelly your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for nutrition

Method
 

  1. Place the sliced bananas, peanut butter, jelly, milk, and honey into your blender.
